Petition about Extra Practical Class in NNSMA

Well, recently I had heard enough for all the arguing and petition thingy running within my academy and hostel~~ Frankly speaking..headache about this!

Later today at 11am, we going to have an annual meeting among all the malaysians students in NNSMA (Nizhny Novgorod State Medical Academy). Actually it is kinda sad that we almost have an big issue every year. This year is all about the extra pratical class demanded by our deanary without our acknowledge.

So what's goin on here actually??
Let me start the story from the beginning....

Last year, out of sudden, we received news (after our lecture, in lecture hall) that those JPA students have to stay back for special issue..(os: why everytime have to be so unfair..JPA and Private??We are studying the same thing and we are going to graduate with the same degree!!)

Well, after that we found out that those JPA students have extra practical classes, and their JPA already paid for it..Thus, at that moment...of course appeared some private students who argued with dean and ask for the same treat.

Anyway, at that moment, dean already said to us that if we want the extra practical class, we need to pay 500usd...and that is why nobody make any noise after that and just swallow all the resentment into the stomach~~

Then during this Summer holiday, of course we private students have to pay our tuition fees as usual. I called up Russian Resources and ask for the exact amount for all the fees..and the lady in the office told me..."oh, Moey Hui Xian har..6th years rite? well, your fees are..3500 tuition fees, 675 for hostel, 150 fo insurance, 500 for practical and u still owe us ur previous hostel fee.........(well the last part it doesnt matter..) and Wow!! She speak so fluently like nothing is weird happening here~! I immediately asked her "excuse me?? 500 for practical..in usd ar?? what is that har?"
"Ya, it is in usd, ur academy said is compulsory to pay" the lady answered.
I didn't blame her as I know she is just a clerk or something in the office~~

So here we are...the problems here is that:
1. The practical class just pop out without giving us any notice before...want to make our parents heart attack..
2. The practical class is so much more expensive compare to the normal class...I missed one normal class I paid 150rubs..and now I need to pay 30usd for extra practical class if i miss it..
3. Teachers who goin to teach us in the extra practical class and the one responsible for this (Lydia) don't even know that we pay for it~!
4. Without this, we already don't have enough time to sleep and study..(except those din study =.=")...and now we have to spend this extra 3 hours or even more (2 hours for the class and 1 hour for travelling) Just come to think about it...me myself as an example, my class finish at 1pm then lecture finish at 4pm sometimes 5pm. Then, the practical class from 5-7pm...back to hostel at 8pm...cook+bath (for me 1 and the half hour is enough)..so..9.30pm..then study(usually i use more than 4hours) so basically is up to 1.30am (as if i still have energy)...Izzit possible for a normal person like us??
But well okie, it is really hetic..but since it is not everyday..I can handle it..but then still have the first 3 problems above...

So, hopefully after today's annual meeting, we can get a response from dean office..and hopefully they still having their conscience...PLEASE TREAT US LIKE YOUR OWN CHILD~!
